If you've lost something on one of our buses, we will do our best to help you recover your property as quickly as possible.

What to do next will depend on where you lost your item.

What will happen next?

• Depots will aim to contact you within 48 hours of your completion of the lost property enquiry form if we have your item
• If you have not heard back from us within 48 hours, it means we unfortunately have not managed to find your lost item
